Orders placed before 16:00 Sydney time on a business day are processed from that day. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days and carriers need a further 4 to 8 business days, so most parcels arrive in 5 to 11 business days.
Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. We never charge a restocking fee. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, set out in our Refund Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Delivery is free on every order to an address in Australia, with no minimum order value. Orders valued at A$1,000 or less are not charged customs duty or import taxes on arrival, so there is nothing extra to pay at delivery. Our shipping policy explains what applies to larger orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and carriers need another 4 to 8 business days, so most orders reach you 5 to 11 business days after you order. A tracking link arrives by email the moment your parcel ships.
My parcel has not turned up. What now?
Start with the tracking link in your shipping email, and check any safe place or neighbour noted by the driver. If your parcel has gone missing on the way, or there is still no sign of it 13 business days after ordering, email us your order number. We then post a replacement at no cost or refund what you paid, whichever you prefer.
